Privacy Policy

We build and operate the Game and related websites. This policy explains what we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game or our websites.

1) What We Collect & How Data Is Captured

We collect information in four ways: We collect information in four ways:

A. You provide it to us
Account details you submit to us (e.g., display name, email if you contact support or subscribe to updates). Player support messages and attachments.
Preferences (language, privacy choices).

B. Automatically from your device / gameplay
Technical data: IP address, country/region (approximate), device/OS info, hardware identifiers, crash logs, error reports, performance metrics, timestamps, and session identifiers.
Gameplay data: progression, match results, items, stats, anti-fraud events, and interactions with in-game systems.
Cookies and similar technologies on our website (see “Cookies” below).

C. From platform sign-in & multiplayer services (Epic Online Services / Epic Account Services)
Epic account identifiers (e.g., Epic Account ID, Product User ID), friends/presence information you choose to use, entitlement/ownership status, and matchmaking/session info—captured when you link or sign in with Epic to enable online features.

D. From service providers we use to run the Game
Analytics events (e.g., session start/stop, feature usage).
Real-time messaging/chat metadata when you use in-game text chat.
Cloud hosting and content delivery logs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation) and do not record voice unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. The Game is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).

2) How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

Provide & operate the Game and online features (authentication, matchmaking, friends/presence, leaderboards, inventory, progression).

Maintain security and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.

Fix bugs & improve performance (crash analysis, diagnostics, telemetry).

Analyze usage to balance gameplay and plan content/operations.

Communicate with you about updates, changes, and support (you can opt out of non-essential emails).

Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information.

3) How We Share Information

We share data only as needed to run the Game and our business:

Epic Games, Inc. (Epic Online Services / Epic Account Services): to enable Epic sign-in, friends/presence, matchmaking, achievements, entitlements, and other connected features. Your use of Epic services is also governed by Epic’s terms and privacy policy.

Cloud hosting & infrastructure providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure) to host servers, databases, and real-time messaging (e.g., in-game text chat).

Analytics providers (e.g., GameAnalytics) for anonymized/aggregated gameplay and usage statistics.

Crash/diagnostics tools (e.g., Unreal/engine crash reporting) to process error reports.

Customer support tools to handle tickets and emails you send us.

Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition) where your data transfers subject to this policy.

Legal & safety: when required by law or to protect users, the Game, or our rights.

All service providers process data under contracts that limit use to our instructions and require appropriate security.

4) How Long We Retain Information

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Our default retention periods are:

Account & entitlement data: for as long as your Game access/account is active and up to 24 months after last activity (or sooner if you request deletion and no longer need access).

Gameplay & progression logs: up to 24 months for tuning, anti-fraud, and auditing.

Chat moderation logs (text): up to 12 months (shorter where law requires).

Crash logs & diagnostics: up to 18 months.

Web server/Cookie logs: 30–180 days depending on the log type.

Support tickets: up to 24 months after closure.

Where legal obligations (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention) require longer retention, we keep only what’s necessary.
